As the first woman in both boys’ lacrosse and saber fencing at Stevenson High School, I know firsthand what it takes to play and excel at a high level. I am an AFAA-certified coach, group fitness instructor and nutrition expert (certified by Stanford Health), I’m passionate about helping athletes unlock their full potential.
Through personalized training plans that focus on strength, speed, agility, and mindful nutrition, I empower athletes to not only improve their current performance but also build a strong foundation for future success.
My motto is with hard work, consistency, dedication and understanding fundamentals of form and nutrition you will not only become a better athlete now but also for the future.
